auto incremental's from form data

I am trying to make a column auto fill down based on the number in a column. So if column [# of Registers] shows 5. i would like the Register Hostname to populate out from USRETAMXT01 - Reg05 down the column.

So basically I am trying to do is. When a number is given in the '# of Devices' column. It will then populate that count down in the column.

So if someone puts a 4 in that column it will then count out 1, 2, 3, 4 in the next column over and go down rows.
