Dashboard Width

Why is the width of the dashboard constrained? It seem to at best only use 2/3's of a typical HD screen.

When can we expect some upgrades to the dashboard layout and tools. It is very clunky and has very little in the way of options for formatting?

I totally agree. I'm also not a fan of:

having to choose between White or Grey as a background colour
the 20px margin placed around every single Widget element
a complete lack of support for transparent images
the fact that you are not able to force the divider between Report Data and Gantts to stay were it is so you don't end up with the rightmost column stretching out halfway across the screen

This was done to accommodate the plethora of devices and screen sizes. Upgrades to the dashboard layout and tools are certainly in our enhancement backlog. Thanks for your input.

Hi Sasan,

While I appreciate the update, why then does the presentation view exist? It seems to work fine in multiple browsers on different devices at full width. Surely you could apply elements of different (scalable) sizes?

Bumping this as well. Ridiculous that you can't make the sheet any wider. I understand not everyone uses ultrawide screens like I do, but I sure would like the option.

Is there a way to vote for this Dashboard width proposal to be prioritised?

I actually want the width to be smaller. Inserting the iFrame into my google site, the dashboard goes off the screen and it seems to "zoom out" so the font is smaller on my webpage then in the smartsheet program.

I can move all my widgets to be the width of the frame (650) but the point is the dashboard is still 800 or whatever so it goes off the screen, and forces a horizontal scroll bar, that you have to use to get to the vertical scroll bar (can't see the vertical scroll bar because it's off the screen)

Looking for a big win. Have we been able to address the pixel availability on the dashboards? From my executives, they question the validity of a tool that seems to have very basic problems. This also is a blocker for my teams to use this in meetings. They always take a screen grab and past in powerpoint.

More granular time options for needed for Workflow triggering
Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45.
