Adding Months and Placing Data in a Month Column

I really need some help placing data throughout this sheet by using formulas. I know what I want but I dont know the formulas.
I want the total monthly payout to be spread out into the monthly columns once the payout dates are entered. Can anyone help me?

As your sheet is not published, we are unable to see the data within the sheet. If possible, please can you share a screenshot(s) of your sheet and I'll try suggest some best practices with regards to formulas.
