how can i see whether Automations are being sent?

It seems like we should be able to generate a report of all automations, but I don't see any way to do that?

One way to do it is to have automations copy you on everything sent.

You could add a step to copy the row to another sheet or maybe use the Record a Date feature.

that is helpful, but what I want is to be able to see all automations in a single place - such as a report, so that there is a place where this information is being aggregated.
