Dashboard needs to update to include newly added fields names and counts...
I'm working on a dashboard that displays the Defect category or sub-category plus the count of defects within that category and sub-category.
Currently, I have to manually go into the dashboard and update it when a new sub-category is added. What I like to have the dashboard do is add that new sub-category and count dynamically. I have included a screenshot of the section of my dashboard below.
Plus, I'm open to suggestions on a better way to display this information, charts may be a way but with the titles so long it's hard for the user to understand each out. Plus, we are getting ready to add about 18 more sub-categories.
All suggestions and help is greatly appreciated.

I would assume these counts are being pulled from another sheet. Could you turn these queries into a report? That way when the report picked up any new conditions that matched the report structure, it would add the new metric automatically.

@David Tutwiler thanks for the comment, leadership does not want just a report to display these lines they want to showcase them as display elements like the example. That was going to be my first way to doing it, but they asked for a different way. So I started to do them by hand.
