Asset Tracker via app search function

I am trying to search for a text numerical field i.e. FC090909

The app will find the field if there is a space in the field between the text and numbers i.e. FC 090909 but will not find the whole string if searched together with no space?

What am I doing wrong?

Exactly how are you searching?

What are you typing in to search for and how is the data presented on the sheet?

Hi and thank you for replies, I am using the search icon and then typing FC090909 but the sheet does not find it, then I try only typing 090909 and it still does not find it. Do I need to use wildcard symbol? It is only on the mobile app the search does not work, is there a setting on the phone I need to do?

Hi Andree, it seems to be an issue with Android devices, I have tried the search function on apple product and it works fine?
