Is there an easy way to remove an employee from smartsheet?
An employee who is involved in probably ~ 20 automations and is shared to ten or fifteen sheets was terminated and I am just wandering what is the best way to go about removing them?
Hopefully not going into all those automations to edit them 😆

If you're on a multi-user plan (such as Business or Enterprise), and if this employee was added as a Member of that plan (either licensed or unlicensed), then the System Admin for your organization can remove this user from the plan and automatically remove that email from any shared items.
See: Manage Users in an Enterprise or Business Plan
In regards to removing them from workflows, this will depend on the Automation Permission settings for each sheet. If you have your Permissions set to Restricted or Limited, then once this user is removed from your plan, they will no longer receive automations because they will no longer be shared to the items or be a part of your company's account.
However, if your Permissions are set to Unrestricted, then yes, you will need to manually remove them from the workflow. See: Control Who Is Notified About Alerts and Requests
Let me know if this has helped, or if you have any more questions!
Cheers,
Genevieve
