My photo's disappeared in the cell and replaced with the name of the photo

I can see that the cells in the sheet still show the width of the image even though only the text is appearing. Is it possible that the sheet is taking some time to load the image? Have you tried accessing the sheet from a different network or browser?
If that hasn't helped, can you check the cell history to see if an editor on the sheet adjusted the cell contents?

Genevieve - Thank you for the response everything is back, but their servers must have been down or the cloud broke because everything was gone on my phone, iPad and computer but its back now. It was a good thing trying to sell smartshart to the rest of company and my boss was giving me a hard time for the software breaking. But Its all good now.
