Values of 0 now showing up in donut/pie chart legend

What has changed in the last 24 hours that items now with a value of 0 show up in the donut/pie chart legend on my dashboard?

Yup, same here. Have 12 dashboards shared globally that now have useless pie charts. There are typically a few fields with data out of ~50 possibilities. So only a few would graph. Now everything is there in the legend.

One partial work around is to turn off the legend, so you have to hover to see the category.

I'm hoping this is fixed soon, or a formula workaround is found.

Thank you, Kyle. Yes, I hope so too, I've already opened a ticket with them, and would hope they would send out a notice that they are working on this since it appears to be global.

I am having the same problem and it seems to have started sometime today. As a work around until they fix it, I deselected the columns that have zero values in the report. But this means that I need to check which ones are selected all the time, in case the values change.

Hopefully this will get solved soon.

Hello Kyle Gostinger, do you have an update after a few days of looking into this? This is affecting 100s of people in our organization (just in my circle of communication). Please provide a timeline so we can notify our teams of when this will be fixed.

The issue seems to be resolved for me, only items with values are showing up in my legends again. However, I did not get a statement from Smartsheet that it was in fact fixed so I can't give you a timeline of when it started working. Sorry to hear that it has not been universally fixed.
