Good news....When are we getting bullets into a cell in a sheet? :-) this would help a lot with formatting text.....
-
Has anyone noticed that since this change all of their existing forms have messed up formatting in the text section? All of our links are no longer clickable, and any formatting we had set is now gone. Anyone else or only me?

Thanks Forms Team.
Would prefer the title block to default to justified centered though!

One thing I have found that I personally don't like is that the bullets/numbering is also part of the actual title field. If I have a solution that requires forms to be filled out in a specific order, I like to label them
'1. First Form Name
'2. Second Form Name
so on and so forth.
The problem is that naming this like this (without the apostrophe as it looks a little tacky in my opinion) treats it as numbering/bullets. It indents the title a little bit and the number itself does not actually show up in the title field when you open the. I wouldn't mind the slight indentation if the number would stay. It also reverts back to 1 on every form since it is being considered as the first "bullet point".
As long as you don't use the period it will stay as the text string and not be considered a bullet point, but I like the look of having the period in there.
Long story short... I guess you could say that I would prefer if we could make the numbering/bullets optional and not automatic based on what is typed in.

Love this new feature but formatting for the numbered list in the description edit field is different than it is in the form. Is there a way to make the form look like description edit field?
-
@Caroline Sheldon this is great news! My communications director will be so happy. Thank you Smartsheet Team!
-
I was elated when I saw this - game changer for sure!
-
Awesome!!!!
-
Yes I saw something like this happen to all my existing forms recently, but not sure if it is tied to the new feature or not. I had to fix all the formatting and it hasn't come up again so far.
-
This is awesome.
i appreciate the caveats raised by the contributors in this thread; it’ll help me be alert to some of the limitations of the feature so I can design around them.
Thanks, Smartsheet team!
