Form & Automation Ownership Transfer
Hello, it is possible to transfer Ownership of a Form or Automation from one user to another without having to deactivate the form and create a new form? Thanks

Forms and Workflows/Automations are owned by the Sheet Owner. To transfer "ownership" of a Form, you would want to transfer ownership of the sheet where these automations and forms are located.
Changing the owner of a Sheet does not deactivate an associated form.

Hi Juli,
If the owner of the sheet no longer has a License, then an Admin should be able to take ownership by selecting this from the dropdown menu in the Share window.
If the sheets and reports are stored in a Workspace, you can drag them out of the Workspace into your Sheets folder (or another Workspace) to take ownership:

Perfect, this is what I need, thank you!

The original owner of a sheet has left the organization. Do you know if there is a way to transfer ownership to a current Admin without having to make a copy of the sheet and start over? This link has been shared with hundreds of employees.
Thanks!
