If checkbox is checked, add text to cell

Hello, I have a checkbox in a column named "Completed"

I'd like to have a formula that adds the number "100" to a column named "% Complete" if the box is checked.

I've read other posts and cannot get this to work. thanks!

I'd recommend using a combination of a Workflow and the Change Cell Action.
