Mobile Smartsheet login issue

Hope you are well!
One of my friend unable access the smartsheet and She getting this below kind of error in mobile
You can't access this right now.
Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource.For example you might be signing in app,browser or location that is restricted by your admin.
Sign out and sign in with different account

This message is not coming from the Smartsheet application.
It sounds like there might be a Conditional access policy configured in your tenant, that might be limiting access; you may have mobile device management in place via Azure/Microsoft. (See: Azure Active Directory integration with MDM)
I would suggest checking in with your IT department.
I found this thread on the Microsoft Community where a user received the same error via Teams.
