Different permissions in Workspace

Hi everyone,

I created Document A, Document B, Document C, Document D in a workspace.

The desired permission levels per document are:

Document A: Team Leads - viewer, User 1 - editor-can share

Document B: Team leads - viewer, User 2 - editor-can share

Document C: Team leads - viewer, User 3 - editor-can share


I understand that in a workspace, the permission is applied at the workspace level and not on the document level so that means user 1, 2, 3 will have access to all documents but they should not be seeing each other's document and only the team leads should have access to all documents. The main reason documents were put in a workspace is centralization.

Is there any way I can still achieve centralization of all documents but all users won't see each other's document?
