This error can sometimes be specific to browser cache/cookies. Would you mind trying to access the Portal from an Incognito window or a different browser to see if this resolves the issue?

Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45.
