Document Builder Issue
Hello,
How can I map the dropdown selections into the template builder? It doesn't show me that as an option.
e.g., PHI has Yes and No in SS form but it doesn't show that in the doc builder, so I won't be able to map that into the PDF template.
Any idea on how to overcome that?

@maltaee Yes, you can only map one column to one field, you can not map options within a column. Since your question is split out to two fields you need two columns.
You could change your form to combine the yes / no into one field instead and remove the text yes and no, and then if someone selects yes it will show yes, or someone selects no it would show no. But the way you currently have your form you would need two columns.

@maltaee how does it show up on your sheet? Is the the name, or is it email?
IF it's showing up on the sheet as a name and the mapping is turning it into an email, you may need a text/number helper column to turn the contact into plain text.

@maltaee You would create two additional columns with a formula that's something like,
=If([PHI question]@row = "yes", "X", "") and in the other column
=If([PHI question]@row = "no", "X", "")
and then map those respective columns to your yes and no boxes in your pdf

Thanks, Samuel.
So adding new columns is what makes it work, as I don't see a way to pick the dropdown options from Drag and Drop Columns in Doc Builder

Question.
The contact list cell only shows as email, not name and email. Is that the case with mapping?

It's interesting that multi-select dropdown columns are showing and can be mapped. While it is not optimal but I converted the Yes No form questions into multi-select and it is working fine.

@maltaee That's awesome I have not seen that experience. Glad you got it working!
