Why isn't my attachment on the automated email?
Hello,
I am using a smart sheet auto system where it makes the PDF automatically when someone fills out a form. Once the PDF is made I have a new one to send out an email. see below.
Once they approve it is supposed to send an email with the attachment. but when i get the email back it doesn't have the attachment. Am i doing something wrong in the automation? see below for what the email looks like when i get it back. I just need the attachment to be sent out with the email.

@Jeremy Oesch In order for comments or attachments to be included in alert or approval request emails, they must have been modified at the time of the trigger action.
In your case, generating the attachment triggers the approval to the first user, so they receive the attachment.
When the first user then completes the approval, the attachment has not been changed or added, so it's not included in the email to you that was triggered by the approval.
