We have a team dashboard that is not showing correct data. It seems that the underlying report is not updating. What is wrong?
@ericreyes To be honest, I gave up on this. I am not sure if it has been resolved or not but it basically cost me a client because the data was not updating.
I would be curious to know if the issue ever got resolved by Smartsheet.
I have reports which has filters set to TODAY. But as the user is not an admin just "EDITOR -Can Share", when they hit refresh it does not update to TODAY. But as I am a sheet admin with a full licence I can.
This is very frustrating as the reports are then not usable.
Hi, I am a user for a paid plan, but for some reason, smart sheets stopped letting me edit. How do i fix this so that i can edit a dashboard? Thanks!
The timeline widget has a toggle: Set the default hierarchy state. I am turning on "expand lanes by default." It seems regardless if I turn this "on", save, sign out, and sign back in, it automatically changes back to "off" when I log out. I have tried clearing my browser cache.
