I'm looking forward to not only seeing my fellow Smartsheet Overachievers (alumni and current and new) and Smartsheet Community friends, but being able to bring with me my co-worker. This will be her first Smartsheet ENGAGE conference and being there with her and seeing that Smartsheet 'spark' ignite for her while there. The community, connections, the networking, and most importantly the excitement of being there in person!! I can't wait for September to get here!!!

@Deanna Vandermeer Seeing that "spark" ignite is great on so many levels. On a more "selfish" level, it lets you know that you now have someone else you can nerd out with and not get looked at like you're crazy. Haha.

All this talk makes me even more jealous that I won't be able to attend. As a contractor, I would have to pick up the tab for the event, hotel, airfare, and the time I would need off to be there would be unpaid. Unfortunately, having been a contractor since after 9/11, I chose contracting over low paying jobs. Hoping there will be some virtual events like last year since I will not be able to go.

I'm so excited to catch up with @Alison Clancy, @Arsineh, @Claire Sternoff, @Kelsey Hayden, & all of the Smartsheet Overachievers! Hanging out at the community booth lets you meet so many people and hear how they are using Smartsheet.
The energy that comes from the conference is amazing, but I think my favorite is providing feedback to the Smartsheet product teams, then seeing some of those ideas come to life in the months that follow.

@Deanna Vandermeer I am going to do my absolute best to be there! I have a lot going on this year though, so right now that's the best answer I can give.
@Arsineh Last year was not only my first "in person" Engage, but it was my first ever "conference" in general, AND my first time really experiencing a big city like that.. To say it was awesome would be a horrible understatement, and I don't mean awesome as in "super cool". I mean that there was actual awe involved. Haha.

Looking forward to all the new announcements and of course ENGAGE wouldn't be the same without all the other employees, overachievers, community members, and customers. I know everyone else mentions the same thing, but it really is what brings out the best in this event. Being able to meet with other likeminded individuals, discover new ideas, and just finally meet folks in person. It's a great event and I'm looking forward to coming again and bringing a coworker this year!
