Any idea on how to develop this automation?

I am tracking the health project status between meetings, so I have a "Current health" (Overall Health) column and a "Last meeting health" (Last PRC Health) column, right now I am doing it manually which is very time consuming.

Is there a way I can copy and paste a value based on a specific date? or maybe manually triggering the workflow.

Here is what I would like to do, any ideas?

Click on the "Automation" menu at the top of your Smartsheet and select "Manage Workflows".
Click on "Create Workflow" and select "Update Row".
Set the trigger for the automation. Since you want this to happen every Wednesday, you can use a "Date-Based Trigger". Set the "When" to "Every Week" and select "Wednesday" as the day of the week.
For the "Action", select "Copy Cell Data". In the "Copy From" field, select the "Overall Health" column. In the "Copy To" field, select the "Last PRC Health" column.
Click on "Done" to save the automation.

Now, every Wednesday, the automation will copy the data from the "Overall Health" column to the "Last PRC Health" column.
