Please help me convert an Excel formula into a Smartsheet formula

How exactly does the new column impact the logic? Is it that OO should go to the next OO, TT should go to the next TT, so on and so forth?

Yes, precisely! It didn't seem to make a difference in Excel because it showed the dates correctly so I didn't think to include it. But, I wanted to share incase it helps fine tune the formula for Smartsheet.
For example, after WW's Session 2, their next session is 10/3. But the most recent formula shows 10/2. And its more apparent in the green section.
Thank you :)

It does make a difference. Lets try this one:
=MIN(COLLECT([Training Date]:[Training Date], Session:Session, @cell> Session@row, Team:Team, @cell = Team@row))

YES!!!! That gave me exactly what I was looking for!!! Thank you so much for helping me, you're amazing!!!
