How do I replicate a Project Launch Template filled out with examples so that separate Work Apps are created for separate projects?
Probably wrong category but they are limited...

There currently isn't a way to duplicate or copy a current Workapp to use it like a template. Please add your vote and voice with your specific scenario onto this Product Idea thread, here:
