Troubleshoot with Data Shuttle Upload Workflow error: CANNOT_UPDATE_CELL
I am running into an issue with my upload workflow where the error message is shown below. The column type is Contact list. There are no value restrictions and allow for multiple contacts. I have other Contact list columns mapped in the same upload workflow that worked fine with the upload workflow. Hoping someone can provide some insight into this error. TIA!

Do the other Contact columns allow for multiple Contacts?
Is this error internal to the Smartsheet website Workflow Tool? Or are you using the API and programming your own tool outside of Smartsheet. You posted to the API discussion, but this sounds like it is a Workflow error happening within the Smartsheet web interface

All the contact columns allow for multiple contacts. It's an error within the data shuttle upload workflow. I am not using API or any other external tools, just the data shuttle.

It looks like this error is referencing a System type of column. Is it possible that you are attempting to map an email address into a System "Created By" or "Modified By" field, instead of a Contact column? System columns are unable to be mapped to, since they generate data automatically.
