Does anyone know how I can download attachments from multiple lines in one go ?
Thanks
Hi Nick,
Yes, if you go to the Sheet Attachment Summary (paperclip on the left), you can see all the attachments in the sheet and select what you want to download thru the Actions button.
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day!

yep that's ok for downloading one row at a time, but how can I download all files from all lines in one go - For example one of my sheets has 3500 lines (one for each of our retail shops) attached to each is a photo file which I need to download.
Nick
Happy to help!
In the Sheet Attachment Summary there is a checkbox to the right of the Actions dropdown, and with it, you can select everything.
Would that work?

Is there a way to download all attachments to a select of items? I don't need all rows, only the ones that are flagged as needed.
Same question, @Pasadena_Artists did you figure this out?
You should be able to use the filter function to filter out those you don't need. If you don't have a field to do that on, you can easily create one and then just filter on it. Once you've filtered out the ones you don't need, then follow the process to download the attachments. It should have filtered out the attachments of the lines you don't need.
same issue, still need it resolved. We want to download files from multiple rows, not just the files contained in one row. Still need this resolved. thanks

Is something like this possible? What types of documents or automations…
I am a construction project manager and built sheets that include actual costs for individual tasks, departments and overall project. I update the costs cells as invoices come in by manually calculating then entering in new amount. Ex: Plumbing: week 1 $300, week 2 $250, week 3 $150 = $700. I enter $700 in cell. I'm…

I created a new form for the sheet, and it is giving me an error also. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? The error says Form Unavailable. Sorry, the form you're trying…
