Can free/unlicensed users favorite items?

I have many unlicensed users on my team. The ability to favorite folders, dashboards, reports, and sheets is important to help them navigate their workspaces. A team member reported to me that they didn't see the favorite option on a folder. I can't find the answer to my question in Help & Learning. Please help!

I just set up a folder and shared with my unlicensed team members. They (are awesome and) have confirmed they can favorite it.

Maybe your colleague is looking for a heart to favorite rather than a star?

Or maybe they can't see the star? If the row is highlighted the contrast between the grey star and the blue background is not great. If you move the mouse to where the star should be, it is easier to see it.
