Inconsistent Formatting in Dynamic View
I have added colors to columns, but it seems to inconsistently format in the Dynamic View as seen in this screenshot. Does anyone have any advice or feedback?
Thanks,

@Jeanna Wright Is your highlighting applied via Conditional Formatting, or manually? I notice that all of your cells not highlighted are blank, but of course there are other blank cells that do have highlighting applied...

I have formatted the color for the entire column, not using conditional formatting. I have attempted to troubleshoot it, and having information in the cell does seem to rectify the issue, but not all cells will have information.

@Jeanna Wright It sounds like you've troubleshooted this pretty thoroughly - I suggest submitting a support request to Smartsheet: https://supportportal.smartsheet.com/s/. If time allows, could you post an update if/when they help resolve this? I'm curious!

@Julie Fortney I sure will!

@Julie Fortney, I received feedback that it appears that if there is no content in the cell, the formatting doesn't appear; however, I challenged that explanation because it isn't consistent with what I see in my Dynamic View. This issue was forwarded to another team for evaluation.
However, I continued to do some of my own testing. I had members of my team submit new items via a form. New items flowed with the appropriate formatting. There seems to be a bug for formatting existing items but bypasses the bug for any new items submitted.

@Jeanna Wright Thanks for sharing this info! I'm glad you found a workaround for new items. Hopefully they can identify and correct the bug for your existing data.

@Jeanna Wright and the rest of the community:
I've been experiencing the same problem and found your post. I did not have any conditional formatting set, but the coloration looked fine on the report regardless. The DynamicView coloration was spotty and inconsistent. I was preparing to send in a support ticket but figured I should try applying conditional formatting first in case that was their recommendation. I did so and boom -- the coloration is now consistent. This is still a bug and I'm going to submit a ticket so it's logged, but applying conditional formatting seemed to fix the issue (for me at least).

@Andy Lorance, THANK YOU! I tried this previously and it did not work but I am going to try it again because It still seems to be an issue!

Is anyone from Smartsheet addressing this? I have found that DynamicView is not displaying the formatting of decimal numbers consistently, and am wondering if this is related?

I'm using Conditional formatting and even so, the Dynamic View is spotted 😥
I'm creating a ticket for the support team because this is not the first time and although we tried to force some refresh, it's not working.
