Does anyone notice that the search function is not working anymore since 1 November 2022?

One of the best features of Smartsheet was the seamless search across multiple Sheets. It made simple data mining a breeze. But Search has been buggy for weeks now and our business really depends on it heavily. Anyone starting to consider alternatives? What are the options if this does not get fixed?

Having the same issue, searches that are clearly there is not showing up. Any time frame on a fix?

Since Search was redesigned it hasn't worked. I can't believe that it was not even easy to find a thread about it in here - it clearly matters to a lot of us! I agree entirely with adrian1 that the search across multiple sheets was an invaluable tool. The new one isn't even giving me hits for things I know are there.

How can this have not been spotted in QA before roll-out and worse, how has it been this way for over a month with no sign of a solution ?

@CAS the CSA This one thing not working as ideally as a group of users would like is not necessarily am indication of the rest of the platform. The majority of features within Smartsheet do work and very well.

@CAS the CSA There are a lot of features that have been suggested, and I am sure that not everything works exactly how YOU need it to, but overall the Smartsheet platform is very robust and stable. The majority of features do work well based on how they are meant to work. Not every single use case can be accommodated by a single platform.

There are many basic functions unaddressed and with no workaround provided. More often than not.
