Save and Refresh with multiple users

I use SS to obtain information from many people who respond to my requests, which are sent out en masse. If I make a change to the SS and save it without first refreshing it, are recent responses that I didn't yet see saved or overwritten by what I see in the sheet I'm saving?

hi @KGF ,

smartsheet is smart enough to keep the changes so if both people are working on the same sheet and the first one saves data and then you press save data for the same fields you will overwrite - but you can always check the audit log or history of the cell.
