This new sharing setup is causing massive problems - everyone is selecting workspace when they should be selecting only the sheet. This is the view from the sheet.

@BullandKhmer - difficult to do with over a thousand people - the previous setup worked much better for enterprise.

Sure, but probably better than having your staff continually sharing you whole workspace with external parties and not as difficult as getting Smartsheet to change.

It's another example of the user interface team doing things that aren't important but impact people in ways they can't comprehend ahead of time. They'd be better off doing things like alphabetizing names. It's also an example of why SS is not that great for Enterprise businesses.
