How to link a smartsheet to roll up master?

I am using a SS template. The template only came with two project SS. (Project 1 and Project 2). I want to add more project SS and have them roll up into the master. I duplicated Project 1 and renamed. However, it is not rolling up into the master roll up sheet and therefore not displaying datum in the dashboard. Seems like a lot of individual formula linking to do, is that true?

It is either manual, API, or the premium add-on Control Center. My personal suggestion would be Control Center if you can get access to it.

There are a couple of ways to do that.

1 Premium App, Control Center
2 Smartsheet API
3 Cell-linking
4 Cross-sheet formulas

Thx - I will investigate the options!

I see premiums are not part of the package we have here, nor do I have API experience. I most likely will look at option 3 & 4.
