Sharing reports with free users
Hi - I have created a report and shared it with an external free user, however, he is unable to see anything on the report. I also tried publishing the report and placing it as a widget in a dashboard with no luck. Is there anyone that has done this and can let me know how to provide them the info? I also wanted them to be able to write comments in one columm. Thank you in advance!

Hi, You should also share the source sheet that you used to create your report. You can add a comments column in your source sheet and add that column to your report. Good luck!

Thanks for your response and the help…..So by sharing the source sheet too, what is the purpose of sending the report? I created the report because there are columns in the source sheet we didn't want them to see.
