In my role, I use Smartsheet extensively to track and facilitate smooth communication with various stakeholders and teams. I am actively involved in significant Smartsheet projects, where I set up automations and work as a Smartsheet developer to meet the diverse needs of different departments. My name is Tamara (it sounds like "tomorrow" but like you're from Boston) and I work in Talent management and development for a company called Sevita. We are a very large company, operating in 40+ states with over 45K employees, but we aren't a household name because our services are very specialized to supporting people with disabilities. It's incredibly rewarding and fulfilling to know that my work contributes to a bigger mission that helps people with all sorts of disabilities live their best lives.

I love to knit and crochet, listen to a ton of podcasts, play Dungeons & Dragons regularly, and am always cracking jokes. This is the character I've been playing the longest - Magnhild Aslaug - and her friends call her Mags. She's sort of like a cross between Wonder Woman and Joan of Arc.

Hi! I'm Amanda from Canada and started my Smartsheet journey with a recommendation from a mentor to not embark on a certain project without using Smartsheet as the management tool. It turns out it was career-transforming advice, and I've since brought Smartsheet to two different organizations, and am now known as the Smartsheet guru. While I don't think I've reached guru status (I'll leave that to the folks who work at Smartsheet - they are amazing helpers when I need them!), every year I learn a little bit more. My tools have gotten slightly more sophisticated, and the people around have come to expect that when they present a problem to me, I usually start with "I can improve your situation with a Smartsheet tool…do you want me to show you what I would do?"
