Hi all, I'm Karen, and I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. My Smartsheet journey began when our organisation needed a process fix and my boss suggested Smartsheet, as her previous organisation had used it. I love working with systems and creating better workflow, so I gave it a shot. Well, nearly seven years later not only does my team (Ops) use it extensively, but I have integrated Smartsheet into various processes across the organisation, and have several Smartsheet champions from other teams who asked for licenses and started using it after seeing how useful it is in other places!

I'm including a picture of my most useless Smartsheet collaborator (although here he is being most unhelpful with Miro - it's a trend).

Hi there! I'm a project manager and have really been impressed with SS as a tool for all things PM related. I've gotten more and more interested in dashboards and getting a nice 360 view of the health of a project. I use SS to track projects, tasks, and to identify dependencies. Love the tool. Look forward to learning from the community!

Greetings! I'm Ann from the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska. I've been a project manager in HR for the past 10 years and now I recently moved into process improvement in the healthcare industry. Smartsheet is new to me and I'm diving in with both feet and loving what I'm able to create so far. When I'm not obsessing over finding efficiencies, I spend a lot of time outdoors with my family. Hi everyone!

My name is Dylan and I am comin' at ya from New Jersey (at the Jersey shore, but not like the TV show). I work at Commvault in marketing operations where part of my role is dedicated to being a system admin for Smartsheet.

We implemented Smartsheet earlier this year and have been on a fast track to getting everyone up and running. I have been loving this community as I continue to soak up all there is to know about Smartsheet and how I can better our instance and make work more efficient for the team.

We have gotten the basics down and have even begun to dive into some additional features like data shuttle to help us level up. Looking forward to understanding where we can unlock more ways to improve through other functionality and connection to other systems where it makes sense.

Fun fact is that the majority of the photos on my phone are of my dog (see below)

Hi everyone, my name is Alex and I work as a senior scientist in a medium sized pharmaceutical company, of which I work on one of their CDMO sites. As the role needs a decent amount of project management have been learning and attempting to implement Smartsheet in the process development department with not only the usual Gantt charts, but other inventory management ideas and more.

Hi all,

I'm Franke and I work at a company that helps inspect and repair oily water and process sewers at refineries in the contiguous US. I have moved into a role of systems improvement and am eager to explore all of Smartsheet's capabilities. to make our work easier, more efficient, and ultimately more profitable.

I'm also a knit and crochet expert and have made several specialty props and costumes that have been in TV shows (Bosch: Legacy, With Love, Grace & Frankie).

Hello Everyone!

I am new to Smartsheet as of this summer and am loving all the capabilities and potential this platform has to offer. I am currently an auditor working in both the retail and pharmaceutical industries. I have already seen how business processes can be improved through formulas and automations and the sheer scalability of those processes through the use of Control Center. The sky's the limit…(at least until you hit that 500,000 cell-link limit 😆).

My name is Melissa Griffith. I work in pediatric research as a Communications Specialist. I am also a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT). I use SmartSheet to help organize network rosters and onboard and offboard study team members at different clinical sites. I love building forms with SmartSheet and using the automated features.

Hello! My name is Robin and I'm with Pilot in Knoxville TN. We started using Smartsheet about a year ago in our vertical of the company and have introduced automation to what was previously extremely manual or non existent tracking processes. One of the folks on my team has been doing all the legwork, however, I am slowly getting up to speed to be more a support to him in the future. In my non working hours I enjoy reading, listening to music (most genres) and watching various crime shows. I am a dog/cat mom and a mom to a 33 year old daughter! Excited to learn all I can from this user community. Thanks!
