Attachments and Row Locking
I'm admin level on all of our sheets, so it's sometimes hard to test out user-level features. Can anyone let me know if users can add/delete row attachments after the row has been locked?

Would need Admin or Owner level, when locked delete options are greyed out.

I noticed that too so tested with an unlicensed user with Editor can share permission before posting. Suggest it's a blanket rule on Delete Locked rows under sheet management. This is an older PDF I saved originally, with so many updates and changes it would be difficult to keep up.

Your comment appears to confirm my question, but the attachment you provided does not. It doesn't mention permission to delete attachments, especially if a row has been locked.
