@NeilKY The [Option] column should have the formula in rows 1 - 10 and no other rows at all. The [Copy Section] column should also only be checked in rows 1 - 10.

Sounds good. I'm still totally confused as to how it works though :) Can I ask a few clarifying questions?
- In the form: Which fields do I want to have in the form and which ones should be hidden and which are for values users input?
- In the form sheet, is there any particular order and column I should be sorting the sheet? it seems to give different results based on which data comes first. For example, if the "Copy section" contains the 10 rows that are checked in 1:10, then the "Option" column doesn't populate.
- Can you explain in layman's terms, what the sheet is doing so I can get a better grasp of it?
