Reports appearing blank in dashboards.

Is anybody else experiencing issues with reports appearing blank (or not appearing at all) in dashboards?
Nothing to do with permissions as this is being experienced across the board, even by my team who owns and builds the dashboard and relevant assets.
Sometimes they title of the report and the column names appear, but not other info, sometimes it's all blank as if the widget wasn't there. If you click on the report you can see the content, and sometimes if you refresh the dashboard the issue resolves itself.
It's been happening more and more across multiple workspaces. This is our busy season and it does not look good at all!

Hi all,
I can confirm that the issue with report widgets on dashboards loading inconsistently has now been resolved and you should now see that report widgets load as usual.

I've got the same happening from time to time.
I wondered if it's due to the browser but I would be happy to hear about this.

We have tried with multiple browsers and the issue seems to happen with all of them. It really looks like a bug, fingers crossed the issue will be addressed asap.

Yes have experienced as well a couple of times within the last week as the workspace/dashboard owner. Report was completely missing, just a blank space on the dashboard where it should be. I refreshed the browser and then the dashboard report appeared again. This issue is now a risk that can impact our upcoming Dashboard Launch for Stakeholders. Agree this is not a good look and needs to be resolved asap. Submitted a case with Smartsheet Support. @AliceVBH Thanks for posting your experience here!

Hi all,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We've determined that report widgets loading inconsistently is caused by a bug and our Product team is working on a resolution. We are not able to provide a time-frame on how long the resolution could take but we are doing our best in order to have this fixed as soon as possible.

Also experiencing this issue and wondering if there is an updated timeframe for resolution. Georgie, any word on your side?
For now, I just keep refreshing as if pulling a slot machine lever, and usually eventually I can get all of the reports to load at some point.

This may sound a little crazy, but posting what I believe I may have figured out as a workaround until the bug is fixed. As I was confirming this was still an issue this morning, I noticed that each time I refreshed the dashboard, it seemed like the reports that weren't loading was where my mouse cursor had been as the page was loading (and I was moving the mouse, even if only slightly) as the page was loading.
So, I did a little testβ¦. I clicked refresh and did not move my mouse until the whole page had refreshed... voila! All reports load every time. I tested this out very non-scientifically about 10 different times and every time I did not move my mouse after hitting refresh on the dashboard, all reports loaded, whereas if I was moving my mouse during the load, there were issues. I am using Chrome.
I know it's not a fix, but in case it helps anyone else, thought I'd mention it. π
