I'll start, I'm Arsineh, I lead our Community team here at Smartsheet. Forms are among one of my favorite Smartsheet features. I live in California. I love to travel (and have visited nearly 30 countries). I'm a mom of two young girls and I'm terrible at keeping house plants alive.

About me: I'm a Utah native who moved to Seattle 12 years ago (best decision ever!). I love music, and tech, and the combination of the two. I live 20 minutes north of the city with my wife, two kids, and two cats. During my time at Smartsheet, I was one of the resident SMEs for all things Resource Management. I'm hoping to flex those muscles once more through this community.

Hi! I'm Rachelle! I am a Benefits Operations Lead with Explain My Benefits in Oviedo, Florida. I have been using Smartsheet for nearly a year now and we use it every single day for so many things! It's a really versatile tool that I feel I have just scratched the surface on. I'm happy to be here and eager to learn more about this software with all of you!

Outside of work, I have two toddlers who keep me very busy with their shenanigans! We enjoy going to the park and the local science museum. I love to cook as well! My goal for 2025 personally is to be more mindful of what I and my family consume. Not just with food by shopping at our local farmer's markets and butcher shop, but also with clothing, electronics, and media.

My name is Gina, and I serve as the Procurement & Contracts Manager for my church in the Washington Metropolitan Area. I’m passionate about leveraging Smartsheet technology to streamline processes through automations, forms, and dynamic dashboards. I’m especially excited to become certified and dive deeper into the Control Center!

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to three fur babies: Coco, a 15-year-old Yorkie; Rico, a 9-year-old Morkie; and Bryce, a 4-year-old Yorkie Poo. I’m also an avid bowler with a bucket list dream of competing in a professional tournament someday! 🎳

Although I missed the December question, I wanted to share my answer:
If I could instantly become an expert on one topic, it would be nutrition and how food impacts the body. As a breast cancer survivor, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the role wellness plays in health and recovery. Mastering the science of nutrition would not only help me maintain my own well-being but also empower me to guide others toward healthier, more balanced lives. I believe the connection between what we eat and how our bodies function is incredibly powerful, and I aspire to use that knowledge to promote wellness and prevent illness.

I look forward to learning, growing, and sharing insights with all of you in this amazing community!

Hello, everyone! My name is Brian Wilson and I am a project analyst for a critical controls company. We are a division of a larger HVAC company and I we have created our own Smartsheet system to allow us to manage projects in 30 different states and multiple countries. Having access to real time data has allowed us project labor needs 6 months in advance and tackle schedule for large scale projects in the 50-60 million dollar range with relative ease. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on some of the more advanced Smartsheet tools in the near future!

Personally, I work in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, but what makes me feel like home is when I return to Philadelphia, PA! I'm looking forward to working with many of you in the future!

I would like to ask people to remove/shorten their signatures when they post/answer a question. Especially those that post/answer with one line of text and have a 30 line signature that repeats over and over again for each post/answer. /marc
