For sheets that have a ton of workflows (50+) it would be nice if we could organize the workflows in more ways than currently offered. I have to scroll for quite a while to see all of the workflows and it is easy to miss the one you're looking for.
Could there be another way to view, single lines with pertinent info?
I have many sheets that have a TON of Automations that I have built. I would like to see folders for automations be added where you can group your automations that work together into folders for easy navigation when editing. Currently, I have to scroll an endless list of automations to find the one that I am attempting to edit.
An example would being able to setup folders with custom names, like below:
Would be advantageous to have more control in the Manage Workflow area:
-A way to batch automations by type
-A way to custom organize automations
-Different views for automations, such as a tile capability to be able to view more automations onscreen at once
-Export automations to easily be able to see things like the custom message (subject and header), selected fields, all conditions
-A way to copy automations into existing sheets

I have 56 workflows in one of my sheets and I had to create a separate workflow definition sheet to keep track of them. That's not terrible, but If I have to do it this way for more builds, I'd much prefer to export the list and their attributes to give me a headstart.
YES, THIS! I have an internal numbering scheme and separate workflow definition sheets like the original poster, but having to scroll through 100+ workflows is tedious. Sorting by workflow type, contact, etc. would be incredibly helpful.

I'm trying to troubleshoot some workflow automations and because I have so many, it would be really helpful and make me so much more efficient if I could search through my automations by title. Right now, being able to filter by 'Active' or 'Inactive', is not useful at all. Sorting by name is only slightly helpful in that all my automation titles help me quickly group a bunch of related ones together, but if I've got to scroll up/down to get to them it takes so much more time.
If the automations could be grouped, that would be even better, but I think this is a much simpler ask.

With around 80 automations on some of our sheets, it would be great to have just a really simple folder view of automations. At the moment having to scroll endlessly (even though they are organised as much as possible by name) is a pain, just to be able to categorize them into folders would be really helpful.
