We've recently announced the rollout of cleaner, sleeker charts following another recent update that lets you add AI-generated charts directly to your dashboards. Check out these updates in this short video!
I love the option to add charts directly to a dashboard from a sheet. This has been something that we have utulized when it comes to a lessons learned dashboard. Before we utilized the sheet but took that information from the form users would submit and then manually input into a PowerPoint. So loving it!
The new charts look great and adding charts directly to a dashboard from a sheet will be a huge timesaver.
What about the issues with missing labels, missing legends, series filling, and forced decimals in percentages?
Thank you for raising that issue, Paul! Tagging @Rashmi Shekhar for visibility.
i too would like to know as @Paul Newcome mentioned
I would also appreciate a response regarding @Paul Newcome post. It appears there was an update to charts around July 16th and it is significantly impacting the effectiveness of our dashboard. The Smartsheet tech team has suggested increasing the chart size, but that’s not a practical solution — it would reduce the amount of information we can display, defeating the purpose of using charts on the dashboard.

It is a pity that it is only available on Enterprise Plans, some of us smaller clients would love to use this feature.
Smartsheet will be rolling out changes to our web login experience in early February 2026. These changes pertain only to the user login flow and do not affect authentication behaviour, provisioning, or SSO settings. This refresh improves clarity and reduces friction during sign-in. No action is required – users will simply…
October 30, 2025 System Administrators in Business and Enterprise plans can now configure how long users stay signed in before being logged out for inactivity — anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 hours. This update makes it easy to align Smartsheet session policies with your organization’s security and compliance standards,…
