I have users that frequently use the Send function in both Calendar and Grid View to send to contacts, note, there is no Contact column in this sheet. These are simply recipients of the Send function.
The issue they are having is that old email addresses they've used previously won't leave the "All Contacts" section, including ones that are incorrect. I originally directed the user to his individual Smartsheet Contacts where he made such changes, but in the "All Contacts" selector the old and wrong contacts are still populating as options. I'm not seeing anything relative to this in the admin center either.
Yes, they can simply click on the "My Smartsheet Contacts" dropdown and it will show the correct names, but from a UX perspective, that's another step I'd like to have them avoid. I've attached screenshots here, is there any way to edit these "All Contacts"?
