Issues Opening the Sheets

I'm receiving this message every time I try to open my sheets. I'm the only admin user. I have already performed proper troubleshooting, such as clearing the cache, logging in incognito, and logging out and back in, but the issue remains unresolved. It's been a few days, and I'm unable to track our projects and this delaying projects' schedules. I really appreciate your help with this:

seeing the same issue all day

My team and I have received the "Sorry we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now…." error message numerous times over the past several months. We usually receive the error when trying to load or save a sheet. We then don't see the error for days as if "the error resolved itself" only to have the error reappear. We've been trying to pin down what is causing the error but would be interested in hearing other SS user's experiences with this message.
