I use some different to do list software (i.e., Tick Tick and Evernote) and you can add tasks to them by sending or copying an e-mail message. Can you do this with smartsheet?

You could accomplish this with Zapier and also with Evernote connected to Smartsheet, but it all depends on your use case.
