Is there any way to disable the "start a hangout" pop up from appearing every time I accidentally mouse over a contact cell? It's driving me nuts!
Also, the profile pic pop-up. I don't want anything to pop up when I mouse over someone's contact info.
As far as profile pic options, If you're an account admin you can choose Account > Account Options > Profile Visibility > Edit See screenshot 001
Then you can deselect options... see screenshot 002.
As far as working with Google Hangouts... this article implies, if you're instance of smartssheets was initiated from Google Marketplace, its automatically integrated.

Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45. Perhaps the inteface can stay hourly so it doesnt get huge, but have the ability to manually edit the time directly to any custom time.
