Freeze row or rows at top of sheet or column info mouse-over
Since the column header are fairly limited in max length, it would be nice to be able to add some info on the column purpose to either a row that has been frozen (does not scroll with rest of sheet), or to a mouse over field.
Is there any plans for such a feature. Kind of surprised it isn't already in place. Maybe I am missing it.

When I was exploring the templates (Feedback with Web Form), i mouse over one of the columns and noticed this:
I couldn't find any setting anywhere to allow me to do that.

elijin, that will happen when text is cut off in a cell and you hover over the cell.

I would love to freeze a row. I must place the row at the TOP of the sheet in order to cause it to replicate the formulas it contains, through the lower entries. I read where that is not the conventional way as the two rows above the current row contain the formula it should follow all the way down. It did for a while......So my work around.
Place it at the top!!!! And control how it is sorted constantly. -
Please add my vote for this freeze row feature. To be honest it should have been added years ago. It is a shame that it is not added. The longer it takes to get it the more I just want to use another similar program that I know does have it.
