Interested to hear from people who have/plan to use Smartsheet as a Facilities/Maintenance System
Hello all,
I have been using Smartsheet to help my clients digitise their Cleaning / Maintenance / Landscaping / Service processes and businesses. This includes Site/Location/Asset lists, service request and reactive/planned work tickets.
I have created a solution that allows Services Requests come in via forms, get organised, assigned and sent as work tasks to field agents and in-house service teams. The process can also be hybridised with my own solution PocketFM (www.Pocketfm.com).
There are quite a few work-arounds and I have begun to play with Azuqua, but its not the most user-friendly of systems...
It would be great to connect with some of you who are developing solutions similar to this as I'm a firm believer of transparency and open learning. I feel I may be pushing the limits of what Smartsheet is designed for but I think that its close to being a perfect box of Lego we can configure for clients or internal processes.

Hi Bob, bit of both but mainly to see what how people have attempted to replicate Facilities systems with Smartsheet. Thanks for the link.

Your thread here piqued my curiosity. Are you using Smartsheet in some way to manage assets? Are you using it for asset managmeent?
