Is there a way to personalize at what time of day to receive notifications versus geting them at midnight everyday?

    Currently, no.

    This is a big pain if you have international teams and the sheet owner is in a different time zone.  The notification time window is supposed to follow the sheet owner time zone.

    It would be great if we could set a specific time for these notifications. I receive my notices between 12-1am. Not fun when you have the phone go off everyday at that time.

    Agreed.  Still hoping for this feature to come out soon.

    @Antonio,

    So I now know the working fix to get the notifications delivered close to the right time (can't get it on the dot, as that's ruled by SS system resources and scheduling).  It appears that the notification timing is based on both the sheet owner.

    You create a user that has the timezone that you want the sheets to show up in.  Then transfer ownership of all the sheets to that user.  Then login as that user, delete all of the notifications, and recreate the notifications.  This may cause it to skip one day, but I have tested it and it works.  The notifications will start arriving between 12:00-04:00 in the timezone of the sheet owner.

    If you just change the owner, and do not recreate the subscriptions, then it will not work.
