HELP!!!!!!!!

I have just left a customers premises and think i may have left my smartsheet open. HOw do I log out remotely.

    you may have to go back there and log out. Unless you trust them enough to do it for you. Just make sure it didn't save your password or login credentials.

     

    OR can you remote in to the PC at the customer's site?

    can i move sheets into another work space thatI don;t have access to? so they can;t see anymore

    Don't forget to use the telephone!  It's soo much faster than email for most problems.  There is a dedicated help line for SS support if you are on a paid plan.
