Hi Do you know if you can edit the display of a contact in an assigned to column? Ideally I just want to see the initials in the icon and not the name/ email that follows. Thanks, Jo

Corresponding with External contacts
Is there a way to correspond to an external contact in Smartsheets through the comments without sharing the sheet? We'd like to keep communications in Smartsheets, but we don't want to always share the sheet with a contact. Is this possible, or do we always have to share the entire sheet with whoever we @ in the comments?
