Owner report for My Smartsheet Contacts

In our opinion, Smartsheet Contacts need better oversight and controls. In cases where an owner leaves or transfers and the System Admin transfers their sheets to a new owner, the new owner inherits the shares that were made to the previous owners' contacts, however, these contacts don't show up in their My Smartsheet Contacts list so, in a way, they are blind to these shares. Of course, they could open and review each sheet, report, dashboard but in cases where there are dozens or hundreds of objects this is just not feasible.
Our request is, similar to functionality available to the System Admin, allow owners to run sheet sharing reports for the objects that they own. It would also be helpful if this report identified the users in the sharing list as a licensed, unlicensed, or neither (indicating that they are a contact).
