Is there a way to increase the size of sections or the space between questions in a Smartsheet form?
I'm creating some Smartsheet forms and they feel really cramped. Adding dividers doesn't really alleviate the issue. Is there a way to just add some blank space between sections or increase the size of a section somehow so things don't feel so claustrophobic?

We are starting to utilize forms but i have no idea on how to link those forms to a spreadsheet I'm pretty sure it can be done through workflow but I'm stumped. I either need to be shown or a dumbed down version of steps.
